Wow! I didn’t know my truck was so worn out (not performing like intended). Brad educated me about the benefits of new shocks and struts. I got new Fox coilovers, rear fox shocks, and they found that my upper and lower ball joints were bad. After 120,000 miles, it didn’t surprise me. They ordered the parts, and got me in and out within a single business day! I can’t say enough about the group at this location! Zane (I believe that’s his name), Nick, and Derek were all awesome in addition to Brad! My truck rides and drives so much better! Thank you guys! The mechanics in the back even adjusted my air pressure to a nice softer ride, the alignment seems perfect! I would 100% recommend this shop if you or anyone you know need ANYTHING for your truck or Jeep!

I had the absolute BEST experience customizing my Jeep at ORW! The team is so professional and knowledgeable within the industry, and helped me design my Wrangler exactly how I wanted with a 2.5” lift, 35” tires, and 20” black wheels. This car is bad ass 🔥🔥🔥. They care and took the time to educate me on driving tips and tricks after driving sports cars my whole life. I cannot thank them enough! I get so many compliments on this car and I love driving it everyday.

Overall great experience. The team here are true professionals who really care about the project and customer. Zane was awesome to work with on my Toyota. He was very knowledgeable about everything and took time to make sure I would be happy with my project. I highly recommend this location and team if you’re looking for true, honest professionals who care and will treat you right.

I worked with Brad to get a suspension lift, new wheels, and tires on my GMC truck. He was super helpful in ensuring we got the right parts for the adaptive ride control. Their prices are competitive, as many local four wheel parts stores purchase through them. All the guys in the shop were very nice. They went out of their way to make sure what I wanted worked.

ORW did a fantastic job on my 2020 Toyota tundra. New suspension and new rims/tires. I’m very happy the whole team helped me with the process! Definitely recommend getting your work done on your truck here at off road warehouse
